Day by day it is increasing the transmission rate as well as the mortality rate respectively. Still now there is no established vaccination and medication for prevention and management. Though this viral infection spreads through respiratory droplets, only social distance and maintaining personal hygiene can be the protective measure for this crisis. So it is very important to care our physical, mental and social wellbeing during this crucial moment.

So to improve our immunity we all should maintain balanced diet with high rich protein. Practicing self-discipline and avoiding over eating. Minimize sweets and sugary drink. It appears unlikely that Corona virus is transmitted via food but precautions should be taken to minimize the risk of food borne illness spread.

Maintain adequate sleep: Good sleep can boost the immune system and lower stress levels. Anxiety and disruption to daily routines can make falling asleep more difficult.
