Instant solution with LIA-LEADS Interactive Assistant

The leading banking software provider company Leads Software introduced LIA, an artificial intelligence (AI) based banking chatbot that customers can interact/chat with on social media platforms like Facebook, Skype or from website without any human interaction.

LIA enables users to collect their account information, generate mini statement, pay bill and utilize other online transactional services.

The chat bot has Skype version, Bangla text chat and voice chat.
