Mutual Trust Bank Limited (MTB) for the first time has launched Commercial Space Finance on September 17, 2019, at the Samson H. Chowdhury auditorium, MTB Tower.
Commercial Space Finance is a term loan product for the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME). Customers can use the loan product to purchase commercial space for business expansion, construct commercial space, renovate and face upliftment of commercial space, and takeover of commercial space financing from other financial institutions.
