TOYOTA YARIS VIES TO BE THE BEST SEDAN IN ITS CATEGORY

Yaris- the compact sedan which has come into being with its expressly designed “rough road package” and is known for its aptitude of catering to the “Oh! Not so smooth” and turbulent roads and avenues of Bangladesh. Its aspects surely have more to signify.

Mostly when on roads, people commuting experience car bumps and at times the car gets wedged. This enforced Toyota to include a special steel plating to protect the car from these abrasions common in Bangladeshi roads. This defines the ‘rough road package’. It protects the actual parts of the car,” says Mr Sazib.

This “extra value” sedan, being immensely popular across the Asian continent, jaunts ahead with the notion – “see more, and do more”. This expression which needs more light has been emphasized by Mr Sazib who articulates the existence of this 1500 cc sedan in Bangladesh in all its upgraded glory. Moreover, he emphasizes the Project halogen lamps and the door handles being coated in chrome. Mr Atiqur Rahman Sazib – Senior Assistant Manager – Marketing of Navana Toyota Bangladesh sums this up with the smart entry system.

All variants of the Yaris now fit in with a compact Shark Fin antenna on the roof, following

current design trends. Due to its slim cross-section, this type of antenna has lower wind noise compared to the conventional pole type and does not need to be retracted or removed if the car needs an automated wash.

This compact 4 wheeler vehicle comes in eight colors in Bangladesh. Yaris is higher in height compared to other sedans of Toyota.

“Two aspects have been emphasized. longevity and fuel efficiency. These features have remarked its existence with the commencement of the VVT-I engine. Complemented with the Dual VVTI we can get an extra 40 to 45 percent mileage,” states Mr Sazib

“A lot of the time what people experience is that the bottom of the car gets bumped on the road or gets stuck even. That’s why we included a special steel plating to protect from these abrasions common in Bangladeshi roads. This is called ‘rough road package’. It protects the actual parts of the car,” said Sazib.
